I use my home and the healing power of Feng Shui to help me move through the discomfort of my rising anxiety and overwhelm.
When I’m triggered and I feel my nerves start to fray…that’s my cue to begin to Shway.
I do this because it soothes me. As I soothe my home (clean, clear, declutter, straighten, tidy) I feel my nerves start to calm.
It helps me realign with the natural flow of things. It eases my mind and helps me think clearly again.
As I start to shift back towards a place of peace and calm I begin to notice what feels out of place in my home and I use this knowledge to see what’s out of place in my life.
{Our home is a direct reflection of our lives. It’s a mirror of our thoughts. There are physical results everywhere in our homes that can be reverse engineered to help us uncover the negative thought patterns that we can’t see anymore.}
Once I’m in motion, even if it’s just washing the dishes, I start to get clarity about what’s underneath the emotions and feelings that triggered my anxiety and overwhelm. As I continue to tidy I get further clarity about what thought is on repeat in my head, I can understand what has triggered me and why the anxiety started to rise.
When I am in feng shui motion everything starts to align again. I can see the disruptive thought, I can see the pattern that through me into the tailspin. My home is a powerful tool. The feng shui fuels the movement and the alignment, it put me back in the flow. It helps me listen again…and when I’m listening I can hear the next steps I’m supposed to take.
