How Feng Shui Is An Outer Map To Inner Alignment

So, as you can imagine, I have been doing some “shway-ing” in lately.

That is, I’ve been using the art of Feng Shui (Fung SH-way) to help release un-serving patterns and issues and bring much needed clarity into my world. And let me tell you, it’s a beautiful practice.

If you know me, you know how much I love Feng Shui--as a coach, as a designer, and as a practitioner of the energetic arts.

But what does it really do for you? What does your outer landscape have to do with what’s going on in your inner world, really?

If you’ve got a minute, I’ll get into that right here and show you just how Feng Shui is another way to help you become your most aligned, high-vibe and happy self--and the unique way that it works!

See, as entrepreneurs--and those of us who are also “mamas on a mission”--when it comes to living our purpose and getting our passion out into the world, maintaining your highest vibration is a pretty high priority.

And when it comes to staying in that high-vibe space in this all-too-human world, sometimes we need a little help!

You’ve heard talk about “raising your vibration” everywhere, right? But what does that really mean?

Well, another way to say “raise your vibration” is to think of it as raising your energy. Lifting yourself up, getting the positivity flowing, refreshing and renewing. That right there is raising your energy.

And when you raise your energy, you’re actually raising your vibration.

It makes you feel clear headed. More aligned. And when that happens, all of our personal downloads from the Universe come through us a lot more easily and with more clarity and understanding.

As a “Coach’s Coach”, it’s become my passion and purpose to help show coaches and mentors where they are out of their own personal alignment--and how they can return to that precious and vital high-vibe state and be the most energized version of themselves...whether they are working and serving their clients or nurturing themselves and their loved ones.

This is where Feng Shui comes in beautifully--and why I LOVE it so much.

In my work, one major element is my ability to read my client’s energy and figure out where exactly they are struggling. But, I also have my secret weapon...my friend and co-worker, Feng Shui.

When I introduce Feng Shui, I can see their inner world with even more exactness by looking at their physical space and it’s very confirming for my client’s because the physical evidence is always so compelling.

Looking into both their inner personal energy AND their outer floor plan with the help of Feng Shui shows where they’re out of alignment--that is, the areas of their life that need more love, attention and good ole empowerment.

So how does the arrangement of your outer physical reality have anything to do with the alignment of your Soul--and your life?

No matter who you are, we all have struggles, blocks and vulnerable spots in our lives.

These blocks and vulnerabilities are simply patterns, habits, and beliefs that have been created by outside circumstances--and created inside of our heads. In other words, they have nothing to do with the vibrant being that we truly are.

So like any other vulnerable area, we just need to recognize what they are, release any judgement around them, and most of all--strengthen all the other “muscles” around them until they can heal.

It reminds me of when I had knee surgery in my 20’s. At the time my knee was really weak, and everything that could’ve been done to make it stronger had been done. The only thing left to do was to strengthen the muscles around my knee (my vulnerable spot) so that it could properly heal--and not be as vulnerable anymore.

It’s just like that in our Soul space--you can notice the places where you feel the most vulnerable--and then strengthen everything around it so it doesn’t feel so fragile anymore.

That’s what Feng Shui allows us to see--it shows the outer manifestations of the most vulnerable areas of our inner world.  So we’re able to strengthen all those “muscles” around the areas in our Soul space that need it most.

For example: maybe you have old habits, beliefs, or particular thought patterns around money. It might be a thought that you’re unworthy of abundance, it might be a lack mentality, or even an avoidance mentality.

What would that look like in your outer space using the light of Feng Shui?

Maybe there’s a room in your home that you never go into, which indicates avoidance. It might be a room that’s filled with things that don’t work--this comes from a place of lack.

Maybe you collect things and hoard them “just in case”, you need them. What does that communicate to the Universe? You’re telling the Universe that you don’t trust it to provide for you when you need it, so you’re holding on for dear life to everything that you have, “just in case”.

It could be that you have a room that’s filled from top to bottom with clutter. What does this say? It says that you’re hiding, that you’re covering everything up behind stacks and stacks of clutter as if to say “don’t look at me, I don’t deserve it”. This indicates that worthiness might be a vulnerable spot.

Just like the patterns in your brain are being manifested by your actions, they’re being manifested in your space as well. And these are just some of the patterns that Feng Shui lets us see.

So once you know what to look for in your outer world, it’s an easy way to start understanding what’s going on in your inner world, isn’t it? Especially up in our brains, where all of the patterns start in the first place.

Those old patterns can lead us into situations that are void of success, void of abundance, void of love and void of joy. The bad news is that we’re actually creating those scenarios.

But the good news is that we also have the power to change those scenarios.

We have the power within us to change our lives. And Feng Shui is one of those beautiful and illuminating tools to help us start to do just that!

To put it quite simply, Feng Shui helps us see where we’re out of alignment with our manifestation vibration--and what we need to do to get it back again!

That’s why I consider it a beautiful and essential tool to help you find your way back to alignment, abundance and joy in every way imaginable.
